Seafood Chowder
Ingredients:
1-cup shrimp (cut in halves)
2 fillets of fish (cut in pieces)
½ cup crabmeat
½ cup baby scallops
1 can baby clams
½ cup chowder mix (mixed with 1 cup water)
2 cups half and half cream
1 tsp parley
1 tsp margerum
3 quarts water
2 tsp salt
½ cup diced celery
½ sliced carrots
1-diced potato
5 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions:
Sauté carrots, celery and potato in 2 tbsp butter add water and chowder mix. Cook for 45 minutes. Add all other ingredients except cream and cornstarch. Cook for 20 minutes. Mix cornstarch and cream. Add to soup and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add more corn starch if necessary.
